You have the option to choose Ups for street address only, no p.o. boxes, ups will not deliver to a post office box. If you want your merchandise shipped to a Post office box please choose Priority Mail option.

Our current estimated time to ship your order is 3-5 days from the day we receive it excluding weekends. If you call to place an order just leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please leave your name and Phone number and a brief message that you want to place an order.
Returns/Cancellation Policy: No returns or refunds. You have one hour to cancel your order. If you cancel after the shipping label is created a 20% restocking fee will apply, the cost to ship the package will not be refunded. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier, save the original carton for inspection. All claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt.
Once your package is shipped we are not responsible if your item is damaged in shipping but we will file a claim with the carrier. We also offer a signature required option if you choose for a small fee, for priority mail to ensure your package isn't just left at your door. If you have any damaged merchandise or something is wrong with your order please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.
